The Clean the River Kent Campaign have two events coming up in September. If you live along the River Kent in Cumbria, perhaps one or both of these exciting events might be just what you’re looking for.

Volunteer – On the 20th September, there is a litter clean along the river bank in Staveley. Join likeminded individuals and help keep this special river clean on World Clean Up Day.

Talk – On the 30th September, there is a private sewage system talk with Hutchinson Environmental Solutions. Learn all about septic tanks how to maintain them and what products to use.

Clean the River Kent campaign are members of the Kent Working Group, committed to nature recovery through evidence based, catchment led delivery.
