Re-investigate options for monitoring pH

A previous attempt to gather pH data on a number of tributaries in the upper catchment was unsuccessful in providing useful data. There is a need to re-investigate this to either look at reinstalling pH loggers, undertake spot checks or look at electrical conductivity as a proxy for pH.
